3.2 No-Shows: Failure to provide any cancellation notice and not showing up for the scheduled service will result in the full charge for the booked services, and no refund will be issued.

4.1 Extraordinary Circumstances: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, such as emergencies or severe weather conditions. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis to determine if any exceptions can be made to the cancellation policy.
